Self love is a practice of giving time to ourselves in the same way we do to others.
At times it can mean going places and buying things for ourselves, but the simple act of carving out some time for yourself to notice and feel is one of the most potent forms of self love you can practice. Life gets busy and it’s easy to get caught up doing things for everyone else that we forget to fill our own cup… but we can’t pour from an empty cup! Giving of ourselves requires us to give to ourselves first.
In this meditation you will do just that.
By carving out these 10 short minutes to feel and listen to your body and breath, you are putting self love into practice. You will focus on self love in a very simplistic, approachable way while connecting deeply to your body and breath.
