Music inspires me through my own yoga practice, & creating playlists for my time on the mat is one of my favorite things to do. Nothing like practicing to beats that soothe my soul & raise my vibration. I am constantly listening to music, old & new, of all genres. Lately I have really been into chill house, mellow electronic, peaceful ambient & indie sounds.
