Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Cleanse

MY FAVE. We all have parasites in our bodies – some are good, some are bad. This cleanse cleans out the bad ones and completely cleanses the liver & kidneys! Good to do it every six months or so…
EAT NORMALLY while doing this cleanse! It is not a starve-yourself-of-food cleanse! Just try to eat lots of fresh foods while cleansing (and always!) – fruits, veggies, whole grains, fish if you choose. You will notice that your appetite is naturally curbed by the amount of liquid you are drinking, anyways.

Directions/Ingredients:
— Get a liter size glass jar or water bottle (this will be your best friend for the next week or so as you constantly refill it with the goodness!)
— Fill it about 3/4 full with water
— 3 tablespoons (I just pour “1, 2, 3”) of BRAGG Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the “Mother” (you can get it at most healthy food stores)
— 1 teaspoon local honey
— 2 pinches cinnamon powder
— 1 pinch cayenne pepper
— juice of half a lemon (I like to squeeze it in then drop it in!)
— shake it up and ENJOY!

I recommend 3 liters/day for first 5 days, then 1 liter/day for another 5 days. May not taste good to you at first, but after a while you will start to LOVE it! Just think about what GOOD it is doing for your body with every sip!

I did this when I first got to Costa Rica and felt like a new woman afterward… Doing it again now (but just once or twice/day since I’m pregnant and need to keep my appetite!)… Cheers!
